Frequency range: 230, 345, 490, 665 GHz atmospheric windows
Surface accuracy: 10 um rms (measured in 2007)

Main beam size and efficiencies (copied from CSO webpage on 5th May, 2007)

230 GHz: BWHM = 30.3 x 30.7 arcsec, eta_mb = 69.8%    (measurement on Mars)
345 GHz: BWHM = 22.3 x 21.5 arcsec, eta_mb = 74.6%    (measurement on Mars) 
460 GHz: BWHM = 14.4 x 14.7 arcsec, eta_mb = 50-53%  (measurement on Mars)  
690 GHz: BWHM = 10.5 x 10.7 arcsec, eta_mb = ???         (measurement on Mars) 
806 GHz: BWHM = 9 x 8.9        arcsec, eta_mb = ~28%     (measurement on Mars)
