        function of elevation due to gravity deformation and the change of optical path
        coupling:
 eta*(el) = 0.61(+-0.10) - 0.16 (+-0.16) cos(el)   for 12CO line
 eta*(el) = 0.55(+-0.10) - 0.06 (+-0.14) cos(el)   for 13CO line
 Calibration accuracy: Trms = 0.56 K for 60
        integration; relative accuracy  = 3.5%.
